| 肾衰汤改善慢性肾衰贫血的临床研究 |

| 摘 要： | 肾衰汤是广东省名中医骆继杰主任医师治疗慢性肾衰的经验方，本研究观察了其改善２９例住院病人慢性肾衰贫血的临床症状和实验室检查情况，，结果表明该方治疗后临床症状明显改善；尿素氮、血肌酐分别下降４２．７％和４９．３％；Ｈｂ、Ｒｃ和Ｐｔ则分别上升２４．３％、３７４％和２２．２％，同时全血粘度和血红细胞压积也明显上升。经配对ｔ检验，这些差异均有统计学意义，表明肾衰汤改善慢性肾衰贫血有确切疗效。

| Abstract: | The effect of Shenshuai Decoction on chronic renal failure was studied . It was shown that the clinical symptoms was markedly improved,BUN and Cr were reduced by 42.7% and 49.3%respectively,and Hb,RBC and platelet counts were increased by 24.3%,37.4%and 22.2%respectively. The whole blood viscositv and hematocrit were also increased.The data before andafter treatment showed significant differences statistically. |
