腹腔镜下异位妊娠手术对生育结局的影响

目的:研究腹腔镜下输卵管异位妊娠手术对生育结局的影响。方法:收集在江都市妇幼保健院治疗的异位妊娠患者的临床资料,比较开放手术和腹腔镜下手术后患者的妊娠情况以及输卵管通畅情况,并用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组56例输卵管通畅,18例输卵管不通畅,输卵管通畅的例数明显多于对照组;治疗组53例患者妊娠,其中41例发生宫内妊娠,妊娠和宫内妊娠的例数明显多于对照组。结论:腹腔镜下输卵管异位妊娠手术对于患者术后输卵管通畅以及妊娠都具有积极意义,应该作为异位妊娠诊断和治疗的首选方式。

Effect of ectopic pregnancy by laparoscopic operation on reproductive and pregnancy outcomes

Objective:To research the effect of tubal pregnancy by laparoscopic operation on reproductive and pregnancy outcomes.Methods:The clinical data of patients with ectopic pregnancy treated in the hospital were collected,the pregnancy and tubal patency situations of laparoscopic operation and laparotomy were compared,SPSS 18.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:In treatment group,Fallopian tubes of 56 patients were patency,Fallopian tubes of 18 patient were unobstructed,the number of patients with tube patency was significantly more than that in control group;in treatment group,53 patients got pregnancy,and 41 cases of them were found with intrauterine pregnancy,the number of cases with pregnancy and intrauterine pregnancy were significantly more than those in control group.Conclusion:Laparoscopic tubal ectopic pregnancy operation for patients has a positive meaning for tubal patency and pregnancy,which should be used a the first choice for diagnose and treat ectopic pregnancy.
