孕期拉玛泽分娩减痛法训练对产前情绪的影响

目的:调查孕妇及其丈夫孕期焦虑和抑郁的发生率,评估孕期拉玛泽分娩减痛法的效果。方法:2010年9月～2011年3月在福建省妇幼保健院产科登记分娩的孕28周的孕妇和丈夫各240例,按自愿原则分为观察组(孕妇和丈夫各120例)、对照组(孕妇和丈夫各120例)。从入组至分娩前用"焦虑自评量表"(SAS)和"抑郁自评量表"(SDS)共进行2次评估。结果:孕期孕妇焦虑和抑郁的发生率分别为21.67%和16.67%,孕期丈夫焦虑和抑郁的发生率分别为51.25%和26.25%,观察组住院分娩前孕妇及其丈夫焦虑、抑郁的发生率明显低于对照组。结论:拉玛泽分娩减痛法能显著降低孕期孕妇和丈夫焦虑、抑郁的发生率。

Effect of Lamaze analgesia for labor during gestational period on prenatal emotion

Objective:To investigate the incidences of anxiety and depression in pregnant women and their husbands during gestational period,and evaluate the effect of Lamaze analgesia for labor during gestational period. Methods:A total of 240 pregnant women at 28 gestational weeks who registered and gave birth to their babies in obstetric department of the hospital from September 2010 to March 2011 and their husbands(240 cases) were selected and divided into observation group(120 pregnant women and 120 husbands) and control group(120 pregnant women and 120 husbands) according to the principle of voluntariness.SAS and SDS were used to conduct assessment twice from grouping to delivery. Results:The incidences of anxiety and depression in pregnant women during gestational period were 21.67% and 16.67%,respectively.The incidences of anxiety and depression in their husbands during gestational period were 51.25% and 26.25%,respectively.The incidences of anxiety and depression in pregnant women and their husbands before delivery in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group. Conclusion:Lamaze analgesia for labor during gestational period can significantly reduce the incidences of anxiety and depression in pregnant women and their husbands.
