低剂量米非司酮联合妈富隆治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床观察

目的:探讨低剂量米非司酮联合妈富隆治疗功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果。方法:共收集2008年1月～2011年6月60例功能失调性子宫出血患者。采用随机数字法分为两组,A组患者给予单独低剂量米非司酮治疗;B组患者给予低剂量米非司酮联合妈富隆治疗。结果:两组患者总有效率分别为90.0%和96.7%。治疗后两组间控制出血时间及不良反应比较,与A组(单独低剂量米非司酮组)患者相比,B组(低剂量米非司酮联合妈富隆组)患者控制出血时间及不良反应明显比较低(P<0.05)。结论:对功能失调性子宫出血患者采用低剂量米非司酮联合妈富隆治疗疗效比较明显,且治疗后不良反应比较小,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation on low-dose mifepristone combined with Marvelon for treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of low-dose mifepristone combined with Marvelon for treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:Sixty patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding who were treated in the hospital from January 2008 to June 2011 were collected,then the patients were divided into two groups according to random number table,the patients in group A were treated with simple low-dose mifepristone,while the patients in group B were treated with low-dose mifepristone combined with Marvelon.Results:The total effective rates in the two groups were 90.0% and 96.7%,respectively.After treatment,the time for controlling bleeding and incidence of adverse reactions in group B were statistically significantly lower than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding,the curative effect of low-dose mifepristone was superior to that of Marvelon,and the adverse reactions after treatment is less;the method is safe and reliable,which is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
