无锡地区婴儿智能发育状况研究

摘    要:目的:了解无锡地区0~1岁婴儿智能发育状况并探讨发育商影响因素。方法:采用《0~6岁小儿神经心理发育检查表》对1 225例婴儿进行大运动、精细运动、适应能力、语言和社会行为5个能区的测试并计算发育商(DQ)。分析性别、胎龄、季节对智能发育的影响并探讨发育商影响因素。结果:男性婴儿发育商为(91.3±10.0);女性婴儿发育为(90.6±10.3),不同性别婴儿智能发育差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。早产儿发育商为(94.3±7.4);足月儿发育商为(84.3±11.6),早产儿与足月儿智能发育差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。季节可能是影响婴儿智能发育的环境因素。结论:胎龄是影响发育商主要因素,需加强早产儿管理,提高早产儿智能水平。

Abstract:Objective:To understand the intelligence development status of 0-1-year-old infants in Wuxi area,and explore the influencing factors of developmental quotient(DQ).Methods:0-6-year-old neuropsychological development checklist was used to measure large motor,fine motor,adaptation ability,language,and social behavior of 1 225 infants,DQ was calculated.The effects of gender,gestational age,season on intelligence development were analyzed,the influencing factors of DQ was investigated.Results:The DQ of male infants was(91.3±10.0),and the DQ of female infants was(90.6±10.3),there was no statistically significant difference between male infants and female infants(P>0.05).The DQ of premature infants was(84.3±11.6),and the DQ of term infants was(94.3±7.4),there was statistically significant difference between premature infants and term infants(P<0.05).Season might be one of environmental factors affecting intelligence development of infants.Conclusion:Gestational age is one of important factors affecting DQ,management of premature infants should be enhanced to improve the intelligence level of premature infants.
