女大学新生生殖健康知识的教育效果

目的:了解河北联合大学女大学新生健康教育前后对生殖健康知识的知晓情况。方法:采用整群抽样方法,以某高校2011届952名女大学新生为研究对象,于健康教育前后进行生殖健康问卷调查,对调查结果进行分析总结。结果:健康教育前,女大学新生对生殖健康知识的知晓率为26.90%～81.03%,总体知晓率为50.44%,生殖健康行为态度正确率为69.92%;健康教育后,生殖健康知识的知晓率为75.97%～96.88%,总体知晓率为85.30%,行为态度正确率为69.92%,各知识点及总体知晓率比健康教育前明显提高。结论:健康教育是女大学新生获得科学、系统、全面、专业的生殖健康知识的主要途径。

Effect of reproductive health knowledge education for female university freshmen

Objective:To understand the awareness rates of female university freshmen from Hebei United University for reproductive health knowledge before and after health education.Methods:Cluster sampling method was used to select 952 female university freshmen in Grade 2011 from a university as study objects,a questionnaire was used to survey the awareness rates of them for reproductive health knowledge before and after health education,then the results were analyzed and summarized.Results:Before health education,the awareness rate of female university freshmen for reproductive health knowledge was 26.90%-81.03%,the general awareness rate was 50.44%,the correct rate of reproductive health behavior and attitude was 69.92%.After health education,the awareness rate was 75.97%-96.88%,the general awareness rate was 85.30%,the correct rate was 69.92%.The awareness rate of each knowledge point and general awareness rate after health education were significantly higher than those before health education.Conclusion:Health education is one of the main routes for female university freshmen to obtain scientific,systemic,comprehensive,and professional reproductive health knowledge.
