应用联合超声检查方法诊断妊娠晚期侧后壁及后壁前置胎盘分析

目的:探讨联合应用经腹部及经阴道超声检查方法对诊断妊娠晚期侧后壁及后壁前置胎盘提高准确率的可行性。方法:联合应用经腹部及经阴道超声检查方法,测量40例前置胎盘位于侧后壁及后壁足月产妇的胎盘下缘距子宫颈内口的距离(L)及胎先露部与骶岬之间的距离(D),以此为指标诊断前置胎盘并与术中结果进行比较。结果:产前经腹部超声诊断与术中证实的前置胎盘诊断符合率为75.0%(30/40),产前联合超声诊断与术中证实的前置胎盘诊断符合率为92.5%(37/40),两种超声检查方法诊断符合率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用经腹部及经阴道超声检查方法可以有效提高妊娠晚期侧后壁及后壁前置胎盘的诊断准确率。

Analysis on application of combined ultrasonography for diagnosis of placenta previa of side wall and rear wall during the third trimester of pregnancy

Objective:To explore the feasibility of combined application of transabdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography for improving diagnostic accurate rate of placenta previa of side wall and rear wall during the third trimester of pregnancy.Methods:Transabdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography were used to measure the distance between lower placenta edge and cervix(L),and the distance between fetal presentation position and sacral promontory(D) in 40 patients with placenta previa of side wall and rear wall,then placenta previa was diagnosed and the results were compared with those during operation.Results:The coincidence rate of prenatal transabdominal ultrasonography and intraoperative diagnosis was 75.0%(30/40),and the coincidence rate of prenatal transabdominal ultrasonography combined with transvaginal ultrasonography and intraoperative diagnosis was 92.5%(37/40),there was significant difference between the two methods(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tansabdominal ultrasonography combined with transvaginal ultrasonography can effectively improve accurate rate for diagnosing placenta previa of side wall and rear wall during the third trimester of pregnancy.
