CT引导下放射性125I粒子组织间植入治疗复发宫颈癌的疗效

目的:探讨CT引导下放射性125I粒子组织间植入治疗复发宫颈癌的疗效。方法:分析复发宫颈癌患者60例临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为治疗Ⅰ组30例和治疗Ⅱ组30例;治疗Ⅰ组常规MVP方案,治疗Ⅱ组在常规化疗同时实施CT引导下放射性125I粒子组织间植入治疗。结果:治疗Ⅱ组复发宫颈癌患者的生活质量评分明显优于治疗Ⅰ组,治疗Ⅱ组复发宫颈癌患者1、3、5年生存率均优于治疗Ⅰ组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT引导下放射性125I粒子组织间植入治疗复发宫颈癌的近期疗效和远期疗效均较明显,为临床上更加有效的治疗复发宫颈癌提供可靠的理论依据。

Curative effect of CT-guided interstitial radioactive 125I seed implantation for treatment of recurrent cervical cancer

Objective:To explore the curative effect of CT-guided interstitial radioactive 125I seed implantation for treatment of recurrent cervical cancer. Methods:The clinical data of 60 patients with recurrent cervical cancer were analyzed,then the patients were divided into treatment Ⅰ group and treatment Ⅱ group,30 patients in each group;the patients in treatment Ⅰ group were treated with MVP scheme,while the patients in treatment Ⅱ group were treated with CT-guided interstitial radioactive 125I seed implantation combined with routine chemotherapy. Results:The score of quality of life(QOL) in treatment Ⅱ group was statistically significantly higher than that in treatment Ⅰ group(P<0.05),while the one-year survival rate,three-year survival rate,and five-year survival rate in treatment Ⅱ group were statistically significantly higher than those in treatment Ⅰ group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The short-term and long-term curative effects of CT-guided interstitial radioactive 125I seed implantation for treatment of recurrent cervical cancer are good,which can provide reliable theoretical basis for effectively curing recurrent cervical caner.
