204例妊娠晚期妇女心理状况的调查与分析

目的:调查了解妊娠晚期妇女的心理状况,分析其相关影响因素。方法:选取2011年2～12月在宁波市妇女儿童医院产科就诊的妊娠晚期妇女204例,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及自编的问卷调查表进行调查。结果:204例妊娠晚期妇女中,焦虑状态的发生率为16.7%,抑郁状态的发生率为10.3%。妊娠晚期不良心理状态的发生与年龄、文化程度、个性特征、既往不良孕产史、家庭支持情况、是否有孕妇学校学习经历6个因素有明显相关性。结论:需重视妊娠晚期妇女的心理健康状况,尤其在存在高危因素的妇女需加强心理咨询与辅导。

Investigation and analysis on psychological status of 204 women during the third trimester of pregnancy

Objective:To investigate and understand the psychological status of women during the third trimester of pregnancy,analyze the related influencing factors.Methods:A total of 204 women during the third trimester of pregnancy who were treated in the hospital from February to December in 2011 were selected,then they were investigated by Self-rating depression scale(SDS),Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and a self-designed questionnaire.Results:Among 204 women during the third trimester of pregnancy,the incidences of anxiety and depression were 16.7% and 10.3%,respectively.The occurrence of adverse psychological status among the women during the third trimester of pregnancy were significantly correlated with age,educational level,personality characteristics,adverse pregnancy history,family support,and learning experiences in pregnant women school.Conclusion:The psychological status of women during the third trimester of pregnancy should be paid more attention to,especially the women with high risk factors,psychological consultation and guidance should be strengthened.
