云南省梁河县2006～2011年婚前体检人群HIV感染状况分析

目的:了解云南省梁河县婚前体检人群中艾滋病病毒感染状况及其影响因素。方法:对梁河县2006～2011年所有参加婚前体检者进行HIV抗体检测,确定HIV感染率,并分析其影响因素。结果 2006～2011年梁河县共有13 507名婚前体检者接受HIV抗体检测,发现HIV抗体阳性60人,HIV检测阳性率为0.4%,2006～2011年HIV检测阳性率依次为1.1%、0.8%(13/1 723)、0.3%(6/1 914)、0.3%(8/2 488)、0.3%(10/3117)、0.4%(12/3 255)。其中,女性HIV感染率为0.5%(29/5994),男性感染率为0.4%(31/7 513);汉族感染率为0.5%(41/9 012),傣族感染率为0.3%(8/3 055),景颇族感染率为2.8%(6/213)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,梁河县婚检人群中景颇族HIV感染率显著高于汉族(OR=5.43,95%CI:2.25-13.11,P<0.001)。结论:梁河县婚检人群中总体感染率水平相对较低,但景颇族人群中HIV感染率较高,有必要继续利用婚检平台开展HIV检测和艾滋病宣传教育和行为干预工作,并加大针对景颇族婚检人群的艾滋病预防和干预工作力度。

Analysis on HIV infection status among the population receiving premarital examination in Lianghe county of Yunnan province from 2006 to 2011

Objective:To understand HIV infection status and influencing factors in the population receiving premarital examination in Lianghe county of Yunnan province.Methods:All the persons receiving premarital examination in Lianghe county from 2006 to 2011 underwent HIV antibody detection,HIV infection rate was calculated,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results:From 2006 to 2011,a total of 13 507 persons receiving premarital examination underwent HIV antibody detection in Lianghe county,60 persons with positive HIV antibody were found,HIV positive rate was 0.4%,and HIV positive rates from 2006 to 2011 were 1.1%,0.8%(13/1 723),0.3%(6/1 914),0.3%(8/2 488),0.3%(10/3117),and 0.4%(12/3 255),respectively.The infection rates of HIV in women and men were 0.5%(29/5 994) and 0.4%(31/7 513),respectively;the infection rates of HIV in persons of Han nationality,Dai nationality,and Jingpo nationality were 0.5%(41/9 012),0.3%(8/3 055),and 2.8%(6/213),respectively.The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the infection rate of HIV in persons of Jingpo nationality was statistically significantly higher than those in persons of Han nationality(OR=5.43,95%CI: 2.25-13.11,P<0.001).Conclusion:The total infection rate of HIV in persons receiving premarital examination in Lianghe county is relatively low,but the infection rate of HIV in persons of Jingpo nationality is relatively high,it is necessary to conduct HIV detection and propaganda,education,and intervention of AIDS,and enhancing AIDS prevention and intervention of persons of Jingpo nationality.
