2001～2010年我国“两纲”妇幼卫生主要指标完成情况

目的:总结我国2001～2010年"两纲"妇幼卫生指标完成情况。方法:按照2001～2010年"两纲"目标要求,对我国10年来贯彻落实"两纲"主要卫生指标情况进行分析。结果:涉及妇幼卫生的指标共21项,其中达到"两纲"妇幼卫生指标要求的有17项,3项未达标的指标为婚前医学检查率、新生儿破伤风发病率和出生缺陷发生率,无法判断是否达标的指标为孕产妇中、重度贫血患病率。结论:10年来,我国政府通过采取加强管理、强化建设、规范服务等有效措施,在贯彻"两纲指标"、全面实现妇女儿童健康目标方面取得了明显成效,妇幼卫生事业得到长足发展。建议进一步加强政府职责,加大对妇幼卫生经费的投入,健全妇幼卫生服务体系,依法推动妇幼卫生事业健康发展,为提高我国妇女儿童健康水平和促进我国经济与社会全面、可持续发展做出应有的贡献。

Implementation of the "Two Outlines" of maternal and child health indicators from 2001 to 2010 in China

Objective: To summarize the implementation situation of the " Two Outlines" of maternal and child health indicators from 2001 to 2010 in China.Methods: The main indicators of " Two Outlines" of maternal and child health from 2001 to 2010 in China were analyzed according to the " Two Outlines" goal.Results: Among the 21 indicators of maternal and child health,17 indicators reached the requirement of the " Two Outlines",3 indicators did not reach the requirement,including the rate of premarital medical examination,the incidence of tetanus neonatorum,and the incidence of birth defect;the incidences of moderate and severe anemia among pregnant and postpartum women could not be estimated.Conclusion: From 2001 to 2010 in China,Chinese government obtained success in implementing " Two Outlines",achieved women and children health completely by strengthening management,intensifying construction and standard service.Government should further strengthen their responsibility,increase the input for maternal and child health,perfect maternal and child health service system,promote maternal and child health development according to law,in order to improve Chinese maternal and child health level,and promote overall,harmonious and sustainable development of economic and social.
