养育方式对儿童反复呼吸道感染的影响

目的:探讨养育因素对儿童反复呼吸道感染(RRTIs)的影响因素。方法:采用病例对照研究方法,选择RRTIs患儿102例为病例组,正常健康儿童102例为对照组,与病例组进行1∶1配对。自拟RRTIs影响因素的调查表,设立16个可能与RRTIs发病有关的因素。采用条件Logistic回归分析。结果:儿童RRTIs的发病与孕期健康(OR=0.370 8),呼吸道感染患者接触史(OR=0.273 4),偏食(OR=0.254 8)三个因素密切相关。结论:回归分析结果表明,孕期越健康,呼吸道感染患者接触史越少,偏食越少,患RRTIs的可能性越低。

Effect of parental rearing patterns on recurrent respiratory tract infection in children

Objective:To explore the effect of parental rearing patterns on recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRTI) in children. Methods:A case-control study was carried out.A total of 102 children with RRTI were selected as case group,while 102 healthy children were selected as control group,the children in the two groups were 1∶1 matched.A self-designed questionnaire about influencing factors of RRTI was used to survey the children in the two groups,16 probable factors of onset of RRTI was confirmed;conditional logistic regression analysis was conducted. Results:The onst of RRTI in children was closely correlated with gestational health(OR=0.370 8),contact history with patients with respiratory tract infection(OR=0.273 4),and dietary bias(OR=0.254 8). Conclusion:The results of regression analysis showed that the healthier the pregnant women,the less close contact with patients with respiratory tract infection,and the less dietary bias are,the lower incidence of RRTI in children is.
