二氧化硫衍生物对雌性大鼠性激素的影响

目的:探讨二氧化硫衍生物对大鼠性激素的影响。方法:将30只雌性大鼠随机分为对照组、低剂量组、高剂量组,连续染毒14天,观察卵泡刺激素(FSH)、血清雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)激素水平及对卵巢组织结构的影响。结果:低剂量、高剂量组与对照组比较大鼠血清中FSH水平均明显升高(P<0.05),高剂量组大鼠血清中LH与对照组比较升高明显(P<0.05),低剂量、高剂量组大鼠血清中E2水平明显降低(P<0.05)。高剂量组大鼠卵巢组织的病理改变表现为始基卵泡和初级卵泡增多,而次级卵泡和成熟卵泡较少见,且闭锁卵泡增多。结论:二氧化硫衍生物可引起雌性大鼠性轴功能紊乱及卵巢组织学改变。

Effects of sulfur dioxide derivatives on sex hormones in female rats

Objective:To explore the effects of sulfur dioxide derivatives on sex hormones in female rats.Methods:A total of 30 female rats were randomly divided into control group,low-dose group,and high-dose group,then they were exposed to sulfur dioxide derivatives consecutively for 14 days;the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),serum estradiol,luteinizing hormone(LH),and the effects on ovarian tissue and structure were observed.Results:Compared with control group,the levels of serum FSH in low-dose group and high-dose group increased significantly(P<0.05);the serum level of LH in high-dose group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the serum levels of estradiol in low-dose group and high-dose group decreased significantly(P<0.05);the pathological manifestations of ovarian tissue in rats in high-dose group included increases of primordial follicles and primary follicles,but secondary follicles and mature follicles were few,and the number of atretic follicles increased.Conclusion:Sulfur dioxide derivatives can induce the dysfunction of gonadal axis and the changes of ovarian tissue in female rats.
