健康教育对孕期糖尿病患者自我管理的效果评价

目的:评价健康教育对孕期糖尿病患者自我管理效果的影响。方法:将2011年3～11月在临沂市妇幼保健院就诊的227例孕期糖尿病患者随机分成实验组(n=115)和对照组(n=112),分别进行健康教育和普通临床护理,比较1个月后两组患者的疾病自我管理和自我效能感。结果:与对照组比较,实验组在疾病自我管理(饮食管理、运动管理和足部护理)与自我效能感方面都有显著提高(P<0.05)。但在血糖监测方面,实验组与对照组的差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:实施健康教育1个月后,孕期糖尿病患者饮食管理、运动管理、足部护理和自我效能感明显增强。

Evaluation of the effect of health education on self-management of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

Objective:To evaluate the effect of health education on self-management of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:A total of 227 GDM patients who were treated in the hospital from March to November in 2011 were randomly divided into experimental group(115 patients) and control group(112 patients),then the patients in the two groups received health education and general clinical nursing,respectively;the efficiencies of self-management and self-efficacy in the two groups were compared after one month.Results:Compared with control group,the efficiencies of self-management(dietary management,sport management,and foot nursing) and self-efficacy in experimental group increased significantly(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose level between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:At one month after health education,the efficacies of dietary management,sport management,and foot nursing in GDM patients increase significantly.
