摘    要:目的:探讨KATP开放剂对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤的保护作用及其作用机制。方法:制作新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBD)模型,制模后予KATP开放剂克罗卡林进行干预处理,检测大鼠体重的改变,死亡率以及脑组织中谷氨酸(Glu)及天门冬氨酸(Asp)含量。结果:KATP开放剂克罗卡林能增加HIBD大鼠体重增长值,减轻死亡率,减少HIBD脑组织中Glu及Asp的含量(P<0.05);KATP阻断剂格列本脲明显拮抗克罗卡林的上述作用。结论:KATP开放剂克罗卡林对HIBD具有一定的保护作用,其作用机制可能与激活ATP敏感性钾通道,减少兴奋性氨基酸的释放有关。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the protective effect of KATP opener on neonatal rats with hypoxic-ischemic brain damage(HIBD) and the mechanism.Methods:HIDB models of neonatal rats were established,then KATP opener Cromakalim was used for intervention and treatment,the change of body weight,mortality,the contents of Glu and Asp in the neonatal rats were detected.Results:KATP opener Cromakalim increased body weight of HIBD rats,reduced the mortality and the contents of Glu and Asp in cerebral tissue of HIBD rats(P<0.05).KATP blocker Glibenclamide antagonized the above-mentioned effects of Cromakalim.Conclusion:KATP opener Cromakalim has a certain protective effect on HIBD rats,and the mechanism may be correlated with activation of ATP sensitive potassium channel and reduce of the release of excitatory amino acids.
