罗格列酮联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效观察

目的:观察罗格列酮联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床疗效。方法:将2006年1月～2011年6月间收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者63例分为对照组25例,采用达英-35治疗;观察组38例,采用达英-35联合罗格列酮治疗。观察两组治疗前后的排卵率、卵泡黄素化率、性激素水平及糖脂代谢的改变。结果:两组患者治疗后排卵率及性激素水平均较治疗前改善,观察组改善更为显著。两组患者治疗前后卵泡黄素化率无显著差异。对照组患者治疗后糖脂代谢较治疗前无显著变化,而观察组患者糖脂代谢较治疗前显著改善。结论:罗格列酮联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征可显著改善患者的性激素水平及糖脂代谢,提高排卵率,具有更好的治疗效果。

Observation on the curative effect of rosiglitazone combined with Diane-35 for treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective:To observe the curative effect of rosiglitazone combined with Diane-35 for treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). Methods:Sixty-three patients with PCOS who were treated in the hospital from January 2006 to June 2011 were divided into control group(including 25 patients treated with Diane-35) and observation group(including 38 patients treated with rosiglitazone combined with Diane-35).The ovulation rates,follicular luteinized rates,sex hormones levels,and changes of glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism in the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results:In the two groups,the ovulation rates and sex hormones levels after treatment were statistically significantly better than those before treatment,especially in observation group.There was no statistically significant difference in follicular luteinized rate before and after treatment between the two groups.In control group,glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism after treatment didn't change significantly compared with before treatment;while in observation group,glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism were improved after treatment compared with before treatment. Conclusion:Rosiglitazone combined with Diane-35 can improve sex hormones levels and glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism for patients with PCOS,and increase ovulation rate,which can achieve better curative effect.
