不同手术方法治疗高血压脑出血的对照研究

目的探讨采用不同的手术方法治疗高血压脑出血（HICH）的临床效果。方法选取本院于2009年1月～2012年1月收治的高血压脑出血患者96例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组48例采用微创小骨窗开颅血肿清除术治疗,对照组48例采用传统大骨瓣开颅血肿清除术治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组脑水肿情况明显优于对照组,治疗组总有效率为83.3%,对照组总有效率为70.8%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论微创小骨窗清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果明显优于传统开颅术,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical control observation of different operation method in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To study the clinical effect of different operation methods in treating hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Ninety-six cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2012 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.48 cases of treatment group were treated with minimally invasive craniotomy,and the other 48 cases of control group were treated with large invasive craniotomy.The treating effect of two groups were analyzed.Results Hydrocephalus situation of treatment group was better than that of control group,the total effective rate of treatment group was 83.3%,the total effective rate of control group was 70.8%,there were significant differences between the two groups （P0.05）.Conclusion The minimally invasive craniotomy is better than large invasive craniotomy in treating cerebral hemorrhage,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
