经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除联合术后膀胱灌注羟基喜树碱治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤

目的探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术(TURBt)联合术后膀胱灌注羟基喜树碱治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的疗效。方法对该院1998年10月～2005年10月32例经尿道膀胱肿瘤切除术(TURBt)联合术后膀胱灌注羟基喜树碱治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果32例患者均成功实施TURBt,术后随访9个月～7年,其中有9例膀胱肿瘤复发,2例死于术后肿瘤进展。结论TURBt联合术后膀胱灌注羟基喜树碱亦是治疗浅表性膀胱肿瘤有效方法,具有安全、可靠及创伤小等特点。

Clinical significance of transurethral resection of bladder tumors combined with intravesical instillation of Hydroxycamptothecin after operation treating superficial bladder tumors

Objective To evaluate the selection of indication,surgical techniques and clinical effects of transurethral resection of bladder tumors (TURBt) combined with intravesical instillation of Hydroxycamptothecin after the operation treating superficial bladder tumors. Methods The clinical data of 32 cases of TURBt combined with intravesical instillation of Hydroxycamptothecin after the operation treating superficial bladder tumors was retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from 1998 to 2005. Results All the 32 cases underwent TURBt successfully without serious intraoperative or delayed complications. 32 cases were followed up for from 9 months to 7 years. Tumor recurrence happened in 9 cases. 2 cases died of tumor progression after the operation. Conclusions TURBt combined with intravesical instillation of Hydroxycamptothecin is safe,reliable and minimally invasive therapeutic method for superficial bladder tumor.
