| 摘 要： | 本研究密切结合中医院校青年教师队伍的现状，针对承担医学基础课的青年教师的特点，在青年教师的培养内容、培养方法和考核方式等方面进行深入地研究和探讨，使青年教师培养工作更加科学化、规范化和制度化，切实提高了青年教师的综合素质。

| Abstract: | Aiming the characteristics of medical basic course young teachers, this study investigated and practiced on training content, training methods and assessment methods of young teachers, combining the status of young teachers in College of traditional Chinese medicine. As a result, training young teachers work more scientific, standardized and institutionalized and the overall quality of young teachers improved effectively. |
