| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高渗透压培养基对细菌L型的诱导作用。方法:采用14种培养基对13种常见病原菌进行诱导研究,并对所诱导的细菌L型作了染色、过滤、返祖、电镜观察。结果:8种高渗透压培养基对其中的乙型溶血性链球菌、蜡状芽胞杆菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒沙门氏菌、乙型副伤寒沙门氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、阴沟肠杆菌7种细菌有诱导作用,并证实为细菌L型。而6种非高渗透压培养基对13种细菌均无诱导作用。结论:细菌L型培养基本身对细菌有选择性诱导作用,可能是使细菌L型阳性检出率增高的原因之一。

| Abstract: | Objective:to evaluate the induced effect of hyperosmdar medium to Bacteria L-form Method: to induce 13 common pathogen by using 14 medium,and Obserue the pathogen which was induced using dyeing,filtration,revert and electric Results:8 Bacterial L-form medium have induced effect on the Streptococci pyogenes.Bacillus cereus.Escherichiacoli.S.typhi.S.paratyphi B.Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterobcter cloacae.These pathogen were identifed as Bacterial L-form.However,6 non-high osmostic medium have no induced effect on thirteen common pathogen. Conclusion:Bacterial L-form medium has the induced effect of selection on the somepathogen. [ |
