中药鬼针草化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的研究鬼针草的化学成分。方法采用80%乙醇渗漉提取,硅胶、SephadexLH-20等柱层析方法进行分离纯化,通过化学反应和光谱方法鉴定其化学结构。结果从鬼针草中得到3,5-双咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯(1),奥卡宁4'-O-β-D-(2'',4'',6''-三乙酰基)-葡萄糖苷(2),3',4'-二甲氧基槲皮素(3),3,5-二羟基-3',5'-二甲氧基黄酮-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4),7,8,3',4'-四羟基二氢黄酮醇(5),7,8-二羟基香豆素(6),5,8,4'-三羟基黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)。结论以上化合物均为首次从鬼针草属中分离得到。

Abstract:im To study the chemical constituents of Bidens bipinnata L.Methods The dried whole plant was extracted with 80% EtOH.Isolation and purification were carried out on silica gel,C18 silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral and chemical studies.Results Seven compounds were obtained from Bidens bipinnata,and their chemical structures were identified as:3,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester(1),Okanin 4'-O-β-D-(2'',4'',6''-triacetyl)-glucopyranoside(2),3',4'-dimethoxyhyperoside(3),3,5-dihydroxy-3',5'-dimethoxyflavon-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),7,8,3',4'-tetraflavanonol(5),7,8-dihydroxycoumarin(6),5,8,4'-trihydroxy-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7).Conclusion All these compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
