| 摘 要： | 目的研究鬼针草的化学成分。方法采用80%乙醇渗漉提取,硅胶、SephadexLH-20等柱层析方法进行分离纯化,通过化学反应和光谱方法鉴定其化学结构。结果从鬼针草中得到3,5-双咖啡酰奎宁酸甲酯（1）,奥卡宁4＇-O-β-D-（2＇＇,4＇＇,6＇＇-三乙酰基）-葡萄糖苷（2）,3＇,4＇-二甲氧基槲皮素（3）,3,5-二羟基-3＇,5＇-二甲氧基黄酮-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷（4）,7,8,3＇,4＇-四羟基二氢黄酮醇（5）,7,8-二羟基香豆素（6）,5,8,4＇-三羟基黄酮-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷（7）。结论以上化合物均为首次从鬼针草属中分离得到。

| Abstract: | im To study the chemical constituents of Bidens bipinnata L.Methods The dried whole plant was extracted with 80% EtOH.Isolation and purification were carried out on silica gel,C18 silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral and chemical studies.Results Seven compounds were obtained from Bidens bipinnata,and their chemical structures were identified as：3,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester（1）,Okanin 4＇-O-β-D-（2＇＇,4＇＇,6＇＇-triacetyl）-glucopyranoside（2）,3＇,4＇-dimethoxyhyperoside（3）,3,5-dihydroxy-3＇,5＇-dimethoxyflavon-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（4）,7,8,3＇,4＇-tetraflavanonol（5）,7,8-dihydroxycoumarin（6）,5,8,4＇-trihydroxy-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（7）.Conclusion All these compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time. |
