| 摘 要： | CD38分子是单链II型跨膜糖蛋白,广泛表达于造血细胞及非造血细胞系,具有许多复杂而又独特的生物学特性及功能。近年来临床研究发现CD38分子是慢性B淋巴细胞白血病的预测因子,自身免疫反应性糖尿病的诊断指标,并可用于艾滋病及巨细胞病毒的检测及系统性红斑狼疮的病情监测。

| Abstract: | CD38 is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein with complicated and distinct enzyme activity,and is generally expressed hematopoietic cell and nonhematopoietic cells. CD38 is a prognostic molecule in B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia cells,the diagnostic factor of autoimmune response diabetes . In recent years CD38 is applied to detect AIDS and cytomegalovirus infections,and monitor the pathogenetic condition of SLE. |
