兰索拉唑联合克拉霉素、阿莫西林治疗消化性溃疡临床疗效观察

目的观察兰索拉唑联合克拉霉素及阿莫西林治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法2006年3月-2007年9月我院收治的消化性溃疡患者86例,随机分为2组,联合用药组44例,对照组42例。两组均口服兰索拉唑30 mg,每日晨吞服。联合用药组加用克拉霉素0.25 g/次,2次/d,阿莫西林0.5 g/次,3次/d,疗程14 d。两组均治疗1个月,观察两组临床疗效。结果联合用药组溃疡痊愈率为93%,HP清除率为82%;对照组分别为66.7%,24%。两组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论兰索拉唑联合克拉霉素、阿莫西林治疗消化性溃疡临床疗效显著。

Clinic effects of Lansuoprozole combined with Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin on peptic ulcer

Objective To observe the clinic effects of Lansuoprozole combined with Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin on peptic ulcer.Methods 86 peptic ulcer patients were divided into 2 groups,therapeutic group(44 cases) and control group(42 cases).Both groups swallowed 30 mg Lansuoprazole every morning.Therapeutic group was added 0.25 g Clarithromycin bid and 0.5 g Amoxicillin bid for 14 days.The clinic effects were observed after one month.Results The recovering rate of ulcer and clearing rate of HP were 93%,82% and 66.7%,24% in the two groups respectively.There were remarkable differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Lansuoprozole combined with Clarithromycin and Amoxicillin has obvious effects on peptic ulcer.
