| 摘 要： | 牵张成骨是通过对切开的骨段施加特定大小的牵引和扩张力,使骨段间隙内再生新骨,从而达到使骨骼延长的目的。近年来在颌面部缺损修复中的应用不断增多,本文就牵张成骨在颌骨缺损修复中的应用及研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Distraction osteogenesis(Do) is the technique for bone regeneration by exerting a difinited traction and dilating force on incised bone to prolong the bone.During the recent years,this technigue has been increasingly applied in the reconstruction of maxillo-facial defects.Our paper reviewed the advanced applications and studies of Do on reconstruction of jaw bone defects. |
