中药利尿药理实验动物筛选方法探讨

为保证利尿药理实验结果的科学性，在进行利尿药理实验时，要对实验动物进行筛选以确保其在排尿方面具有均一性。国内主要采用Aston筛选动物的方法，国外则普遍应用Kau的方法。鉴于Kau的方法具有样本小、易重复、实验周期长的优点，更适合中药利尿药理学的研究，建议国内采用该方法进行中药利尿药理实验的动物筛选。

Exploration on Animal Screening Procedure of Chinese Medical Herbs Diuretic Pharmacology Experiment

In order to assure the accuracy of the diuretic pharmacology experiment, a screening procedure play an important role in improving the uniformity of experimental animals. At present, the screening method designed by Aston Roy is used widely in our country. In abroad, however, the method designed by Kau is popular. The latter is suitable for diuretic pharmacology of the traditional Chinese medicine, because of its merits such as smaller numbers of sample,reproducible,longer period and so on. It is concluded that this method should be applied to test animals screening procedure of the Chinese herb pharmacology experiment.
