脑出血病人入院时血压与预后的关系

为研究急性脑性出血病人入院时血压、出血量与预后的关系，对1560例脑出血病人进行观察，其中壳核出血680例、丘脑出血481例、脑叶出血152例、小脑出血118例、桥脑出血129例，测量各组入院时的平均血压及出血量，并比较死亡组与生存组血压及出血量。结果显示：壳核与丘脑出血病人死亡组血压及出血量均高于生存组（P＜0．01），脑叶、小脑、桥脑出血病人血压死亡组与生存组无统计学意义（P＞0．05），但各组死亡病人出血量均明显高于生存组。提示，应注意观察急性脑出血病人早期血压，并应给予降压治疗。

Relation Between Admission Blood Pressure and Prognosis in Patients With Cerebral Hemorrhage

To find out the relation between admission blood pressure and the prognosis in patients with cerebral hemorrhage, 1 560 cases of cerebral hemorrhage were observed. Among them, 680 cases with hemorrhage in chito-nucleus, 481 cases with cumulus hemorrhage, 152 cases with lobar hemorrh, 118 cases with cerebellar hemorrhage, and 129 cases with pontine hemorrhage. Both admission average arterial pressure and amount of bleeding were measured. Blood pressure and amount of bleeding in the patients were compared between death group and surviving group. Results showed that in chito-nucleus and cumulus hemorrhage patients, both blood pressure and amount of bleeding were higher in death group than that in surviving group (P<0.01). Of those with lobar, cerebellar, and pontine hemorrhage patients, there was no significant difference between death group and surviving group in terms of their blood pressures (P>0.05), but in terms of amount of bleeding, patients in death group were higher than that of surviving group. Suggested that clinical doctors give treatment to acute cerebral hemorrhage patients, they should lower the blood pressure of the patients as well.
