成人急性下呼吸道感染中病毒感染情况分析

目的探讨成人急性下呼吸道感染中病毒感染的病原学特征及流行病学特点。方法采集2011年7月～2012年6月202例急性下呼吸道感染患者的咽拭子，采用多重PCR技术检测常见的8种（14个亚型）呼吸道病毒。结果202例患者检出44株病毒，阳性率21．8％，其中检出病毒流感A型26例，流感病毒B型8例．人冠状病毒5例，呼吸道合胞病毒3例，鼻病毒2例。病毒感染者中临床诊断急性气管一支气管炎18例。社区获得性肺炎12例，慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期5例，支气管哮喘急性发作5例。结论哈尔滨地区下呼吸道病毒感染以流感A型（H3）、流感B型及人冠状病毒感染为主，2～4月发病率高。

Viral infection situation of acute lower respiratory infection in adult pa- tients.

Objective To study the viral epidemiology and etiology of acute lower respiratory infection in adult pa- tients. Methods Collected 202 adult patients who suffer acute lower respiratory infection during July 2011 to June 2012. By multiplex PCR, 8 respiratory virus （included 14 subspecies） were detected. Reslults Viruses were identified in 44 （21.8%） cases of 20：2 patients. The most common viruses identified in the patients were influenza virus A （Flu A） 26 cases, influenza virus B （Flu B） 8 cases, human coronavirus （HCoV） 5 cases, and respiratory syncytial virus（RSV）3 cases,HRV 2 cases. In the patients infected by virus 18 patients suffered from acute bronchitis, 12 patients suffered from community-acquered pneumonia, 5 patients suffered from acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD）, 5 patients suffered from acute attack of bronchial asthma. Conclusion The most common virus are FluA （H3）, FIuB and HCoV of the adult patients with lower respiratory virus infection in Harbin. Morbidity is higher between February and April.
