儿童哮喘误诊误治原因分析

目的加深儿童哮喘的认识，提高诊治水平。方法回顾性分析126例被误诊误治的儿童哮喘患儿的临床资料，总结临床特点，分析误诊误治的原因。结果101例患者存在误诊，余25例诊断后误治，126例患者经吸入普米克治疗，根据病情调节用药，总有效率为100％。结论造成误诊误治的原因是基层医生对本病认识不足，询问病史不详，对辅助检查缺乏学习与思考，滥用抗菌药、激素及止咳药，患儿与家长对哮喘疾病及激素认识不足。避免误诊误治的关键是全员提高对儿童哮喘的认识水平。

Analysis of misdiagnosis and mistreatment of children asthma

Objective To deepen the understanding of childhood asthma, improving the level of diagnosis and treat- ment. Methods A retrospective analysis of 126 cases of misdiagnosed and mistreatment of children asthma clinical da- ta, summarize the clinical characteristics, analyzing of the causes of misdiagnosis. Results All 101 patients being mis- diagnosed, 25 cases after diagnosis and mistreatment,126 patients were treated by inhalation of Pulmicort in treating disease,according to the regulation of drugs, the total efficiency of 100%. Conclusion The misdiagnosis reason is caused by primary care physicians in recognition of the disease is insufficient, the prevalence of history is unknown,the auxiliary examination lack of learning and thinking, abuse of antibiotics, hormone and cough,children and parents about asthma disease and hormone insufficient understanding.To avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment is the key to im- proving overall level of awareness on children asthma.
