摘    要:目的研究人工栽培条件下水分和氮素对绞股蓝Gynostemma pentaphyllum生物量和皂苷量的影响。方法对野生绞股蓝扦插苗进行水分和氮素控制实验。结果在干旱和缺氮逆境下,整株植株生物量减少,但由于β-糖苷酶活性降低,导致单位干质量叶片中绞股蓝皂苷的量增加。由于干旱使生物量减少的速率大于对皂苷积累的促进作用,表现为干旱使总皂苷产量降低,与之相反,缺氮对生物量减少的速率小于对皂苷积累的促进作用,但是氮素浓度过低也不利于皂苷积累。结论这意味着在人工种植的情况下,必须保证充足的水分供应和适度的氮肥供应才有利于绞股蓝生长,保持较高的生物量和总皂苷产量。
