| 摘 要： | 目的评价鼻腔逆行植入硬膜外麻醉导管手术与鼻腔泪囊吻合术临床效果，探讨鼻腔逆行植入导管手术的应用价值。方法对照观察鼻腔逆行植入硬膜外麻醉导管术与鼻腔泪囊吻合术的疗效、手术操作时间及术中术后并发症。结果两组疗效经卡方检验差异无统计学意义（P=0．897），鼻腔逆行植管手术操作时间显著短于鼻腔泪囊吻合术（P〈0．05），且术中术后并发症少。结论鼻腔逆行植入硬膜外麻醉导管手术与鼻腔泪囊吻合术临床效果相近，但操作简便、手术创伤小。
