纳美芬治疗急性酒精中毒疗效分析

摘    要:目的分析纳美芬在治疗急性酒精中毒患者中的疗效及安全性。方法将2009年4月至2010年4月收治的120例急性酒精中毒患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,其身体状况、饮酒情况等差异均无统计学意义。两组在常规治疗的基础上,对照组兴奋期和共济失调期、昏迷期分别给予纳洛酮0.8 mg、1.2 mg加入0.9%氯化钠液250 ml静脉滴注,严重者需重复用药;治疗组兴奋期和共济失调期、昏迷期分别给予纳美芬0.1 mg、0.2 mg加入0.9%氯化钠液250 ml中静脉滴注。观察患者意识恢复、语言能力、共济失调及不良反应情况。结果在2 h和5 h内,两组的治愈率和总有效率相比,差异有统计学意义。结论纳美芬在治疗急性酒精中毒中疗效显著,作用时间长,不良反应少,安全可靠。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety for nalmefene treatment of acute alcoholism.Methods From April 2009 to April 2010,120 patients with acute alcoholism were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.There were no sigificant differences in physical condition,alcohol consumption.On the basis of conventional therapy,the control group in excitement period,ataxia period and coma period were given naloxone 0.8 mg,1.2 mg adding to 250 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride for intravenous infusion,medication was repeated in severe cases;the treatment group in excitement period and ataxia period,coma period were given nalmefene 0.1 mg,0.2 mg adding to 250 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride for intravenous infusion.The recovery of consciousness,language skills,ataxia and adverse reactions were observed.Results There were significant differences in the cure rates and total effective rates between the two groups within 2 h and 5 h.Conclusion Nalmefene in the treatment of acute alcoholism is effective,has long duration of action,with few side effects,and is safe and reliable.
