奥曲肽联合生脉和硫酸镁治疗重症胰腺炎的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察奥曲肽联合生脉和硫酸镁治疗重症急性胰腺炎患者的临床疗效。方法将42例确诊重症急性胰腺炎患者随机分成两组,21例患者常规使用奥曲肽治疗(对照组),21例患者奥曲肽联合使用生脉和硫酸镁治疗(实验组),观察两组患者治疗后腹痛缓解时间、C-反应蛋白变化、并发症及住院天数等指标,对比两组之间的疗效差异。结果奥曲肽联合生脉和硫酸镁治疗组患者C-反应蛋白变化、并发症控制和病死率等方面与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥曲肽联合生脉和硫酸镁治疗重症急性胰腺炎有协同作用,疗效优于单用奥曲肽。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effects of octreotidec combined with shengmai injection and magnesium sulfate in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods Forty-two cases of SAP were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with octreotidec combined with shengmai injection and magnesium sulfate,while the control grop was treated with octreotidec.The pain relief time,C-reactive protein,complication and days in hospital were observed,and the clinical effects were compared.Results There were significant differences in the pain relief time,C-reactive protein,complication,and mortality between treatment group and the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Octreotidec combined with shengmai injection and magnesium sulfate has coefficient efficacy for the treatment of SAP,and its curative effect is superior to only use octreotidec.
