输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石124例

目的 探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床效果.方法 回顾性分析2009年7月至2011年10月124例输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石患者的临床资料.结果输尿管镜直视下一次碎石成功115例,成功率为92.7%(115/124),上段、中段、下段输尿管结石治疗成功率分别为80.0%(16/20)、92.3%(36/39)和96.9%(63/65).手术时间15~120 min,平均45 min.急性肾功能衰竭患者血尿素氮、肌酐恢复正常或接近正常.结论输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术安全、高效、损伤小,能同时处理双侧输尿管结石,快速解除梗阻,可作为输尿管中下段结石的首选方法.

Transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in treatment of 124 cases with ureteral calculi

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy on ureteral calculi.Methods The clinical data of 124 patients with ureteral calculi treated by ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy from Junly 2009 to October 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Successful lithotripsy under ureteroscope was achieved on one session in 115 cases,with a success rate of 92.7%(115/124).While the rate of upper,middle and lower ureteral calculi was 80.0%(16/20),92.3%(36/39) and 96.9%(63/65) respectively.The mean operation time was 45 minutes(ranged from 15 to 120 minutes).In the patients with acute obstructive renal failure,the serum BUN and Cr levels returned to normal.Conclusion The transureteroscopic pneumatic lithottipsy is safe,effective and less invasive,which can treat the bilateral ureteral calculi simutaneously;It can rapidly remove the obstruction for the patients with obstructive acute renal failure,and is the first choice in the treatment of lower and middle ureteral calculi.
