精神发育迟滞司法精神病鉴定69例分析

目的 分析精神发育迟滞患者的涉案特征及临床特点.方法 对2010年经河南省刑事诉讼医学鉴定委员会鉴定为精神发育迟滞涉案的69例案例的资料进行统计分析.结果 35岁以下51例(73.9%);农民62例(89.9%),文盲47例(68.1 %);未婚41例(59.4%);性被害案46例(66.7%);精神发育迟滞轻度15例(21.7%),轻-中度14例(20.3%),中度31例(44.9%),中-重度2例(2.9%),重度7例(10.1%).结论 精神发育迟滞司法精神病学鉴定对象的主体多为文化程度极低、未婚的青壮年农民,中度以下智障者是该类司法精神病学鉴定的主要人群,精神发育迟滞者作为案件受害人多于作为涉案嫌疑人,其中作为性被害人占大多数.

Identification and analysis on 69 mental retardation in forensic psychiatry patients

Objective To analyze the clinical and criminal features of patients with mental retardation.Methods The data of 69 patients with mental retardation of Henan Province in 2010 indentified by the criminal medical appraisal committee were statistically analyzed.Results Fifty-one cases(73.9%) were under 35 years of age;62 cases(89.9%) were peasants,47 cases(68.1%) were illiteracyes;41(59.4%) cases were unmarried;46 cases(66.7%) of murder;Mental retardation,mild in 15 cases(21.7%),light to moderate in 14 cases(20.3%),moderate in 31 cases(44.9%),moderate to serious in 2 cases(2.9%),serious in 7 cases(10.1%).Conclusion Mental retardation of forensic psychiatry object as subjects culture degree very low,unmarried young farmers,moderate following retarded is the main population of forensic psychiatry,mental retardation as a case the victim rather than as the suspect,as one of the victims of the majority.
