间歇性外斜视手术治疗的临床观察

目的探讨间歇性外斜视的手术时机、手术方式、手术量和影响疗效的相关因素。方法对86例间歇性外斜视患者进行手术治疗,按年龄、斜视类型、融合功能、有无同视机训练分组进行研究并观察疗效。结果 86例随防时间为术后1周、8周和1年,正位68例（79.07%）,轻度欠矫或过矫14例（16.28%）,明显欠矫或过矫4例（4.65%）,眼位正位率与年龄、斜视类型无相关性（P〉0.05）,而与术前融合功能有关（P〈0.05）,手术后进行了同视机训练,对患者双眼单视功能的建立有明显的影响（P〈0.05）。结论早期手术及术后同视机训练,可获得双眼单视功能,术前融合功能对术后眼位有明显影响。

Clinical observation for the operation treatment on intermittent exotropia

Objective To investigate the intermittent exotropia operation time,operation mode,operation and the related factors influencing the effect of.Methods 86 cases of intermittent exotropia patients undergoing operation treatment,according to age,type of squint,fusion function,there is no synoptophore training group for research and observation of curative effect.Results 86 cases followed up for 1 weeks,8 weeks and 1 years,was in 68 cases(79.07%),mild overcorrection or undercorrection 14(16.28%),apparent overcorrection or undercorrection in 4 cases(4.65%),eyes position rate and age,type of squint no correlation(P>0.05),compared with preoperative fusion function(P<0.05),after the operation were synoptophore training,on patients with binocular vision function to establish a clear effect(P<0.05).Conclusion Early operation and postoperative synoptophore training,can obtain the binocular function,preoperative fusion function on postoperative eye position has obvious effect.
