糖尿病患者白内障与老年性白内障手术疗效对比分析

目的通过比较糖尿病患者白内障与老年性白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术后状况,探讨糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术的疗效。方法对224例（252只眼）糖尿病患者和232例（267只眼）老年性白内障患者的超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术后疗效进行统计学分析比较。结果两组患者术后视力比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,两组的术后并发症的发生率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对于于糖尿病患者,只要术前经过适当饮食控制或加用适量降糖药物,使血糖稳定在一定水平而无全身或眼部严重并发症者,施行PHACO联合IOL植入术是安全可靠的,对增生性视网膜病变的糖尿病患者,应慎重考虑手术治疗。

Effects of cataract surgery in diabetic and senile patients

Objective To analyse the effectiveness of cataract extraction with phacoemulsification and implantation of PC-IOL in diabetics and senile.Methods Phacoemulsification and implantation of PC-IOL was performed on 224(252eyes) diabetics and 232(267eyes)senile.The comparison between the two groups was performed later.Results The visual acuity was not sign ificantly different between two groups(P>0.05).Complications in diabetics were significantly higher than that in senile(P<0.05).Conclusion Base on this study,if the diabetics with cataract can be controlled by diet or hypoglycemic agent,there glucose level in the blood remains and stable for a period of time and there are no other systemic and ocular complications,Phacoemulsification and implantation of PC-IOL can be performed on such paitents and the therspeutic results of the operation can be safe and reliable.
