摘    要:胞外-5’-核苷酸酶(ecto-5’-nucleotidase,CD73)和由CD73催化产生的腺苷,作为一种内源性的嘌呤核苷在弓形虫感染宿主的过程中起着重要的调节作用,如作为弓形虫的主要营养、能量来源,有利于弓形虫入侵宿主,有利于弓形虫在宿主细胞内的胞内繁殖,有利于弓形虫的免疫逃逸和其胞内免疫屏蔽。抑制CD73的生物活性或控制其基因表达将会成为新型的弓形虫感染生物治疗方法。

Abstract:Ecto-5’-nucleotidase(CD73)and adenosine(its generation is catalyzed by CD73)as endogenous signaling molecules play an important role in regulation of Toxoplasma gondii infection.Adenosine may be the main and direct sources for nutrition and energy;It promotes the Toxoplasma gondii attachment,invasion,metabolism and replication in the host cells and is helpful in Toxoplasma gondii immuno-shadow and dodge in the host cells by regulating the host immuno-cells and cytokines.Inhibition of CD73 biological and physiological function and CD73 gene expression would be the new biological therapeutical methods for toxoplasma gondii infection.
