肝移植术后肺部感染的临床分析

目的探讨肝移植术后肺部感染的发生率、危险因素及预防措施。方法对郑州人民医院收治的130例肝移植患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果 130例肝移植患者中38例发生肺部感染,感染率为29.23%,其中死亡3例,病死率为7.89%。感染均发生于术后1个月内,最常见于术后第1周,有多种因素与移植术后肺部感染有关。结论肝移植术后肺部感染率、病死率高,早期准确地病原体诊断、及时有效的综合治疗可提高治愈率,降低病死率。

Clinical analysis of pulmonary infection after liver transplantation

Objective To investigate the incidence rate,risk factors and preventive measure of pulmonary infection after liver transplantation.Methods The data of 130 patients receiving liver transplantation in People’s hospital of Zhengzhou between Mar.2009 and Oct.2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 130 patients receiving liver transplantation,pulmonary infection was occurred in 38 patients,the infection rate was 29.23%.Three patients were died,the mortality rate was 7.89%.All infection were occurred within one month after liver transplantation,especially within one week.Multiple factors were related to pulmonary infection after liver transplantation.Conclusion The infection rate and mortality rate are higher after liver transplantation,and earlier pathogen diagnose and effective combined therapy can increase the cure rate and decrease the mortality rate.
