老年性下睑外翻手术治疗的探讨

目的探讨老年性下睑外翻的手术治疗方法，并评价其临床效果。方法对28例（32只眼）老年性下睑外翻患者根据下睑外翻程度和部位不同，分别行下泪点外翻矫正术和Byron Smith术。下泪点外翻6只眼行下泪点外翻矫正术，中重度下睑外翻26只眼行Byron Smith术。术后随访观察6个月至3年。结果下泪点外翻6只眼全部矫正。呻重度下睑外翻中24只眼位置正常，睑缘紧密贴附眼球，睑球结膜炎症消退，溢泪症状消失。2只眼向上注视时轻度睑球分离。结论下泪点外翻矫正术和Byron Smith术治疗老年性下泪点外翻和中重度下睑外翻疗效可靠，操作简便。

Surgical treatment for age-related ectropion of lower eyelid

Objective To discuss surgical treatment for age-related ectropion of lower eyelid and to evaluate the clinical effect.Methods We used low puncta lacrimal ectropion epithesis and Byron Smith method for those who suffered with lower eyelid ectropion,according to the degree and region of ectropion.Among these cases,there were 6 eyes treated with low puncta lacrimalia ectropion epithesis and 26 eyes treated with Byron Smith method.Patients were followed for six months to three years.There were 28 patients(32 eyes) in our investigation.Results The 6 eyes with low puncta lacrimalia ectropion were corrected completely.There were 24 eyes those were orthophoria and eyelid edge closed affixed eyeball,eyelid conjunctiva as for as bulbar inflammation disappeared,and epiphora had disappeared.There were 2 eyes had mild eyelid separation when look up-side.Conclusion Low puncta lacrimalia ectropion epithesis and Byron Smith method could cure age-related lower puncta lacrimalia ectropion and moderately severe lower eyelid ectropion,and it is easy and simple to handle with curative effect.
