| 摘 要： | 目的观察激光泪道成形术联合抗代谢药物应用治疗泪道阻塞的效果。方法 87例（95只眼）激光泪道成形术联合抗代谢药物应用,术后配合泪道冲洗。结果术后随访3个月,治愈77只眼,占81.1%;好转10只眼,占10.5%;失败8只眼,占8.4%。结论激光泪道成形术联合抗代谢药物应用是治疗泪道阻塞中的一种简单易行、疗效肯定的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe and analyze the results of lacrimal laser angioplasty combined with anti-metabolites for the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction.Methods Eighty seven cases(ninety five eyes) with lacrinal duct obstruction were performed with lacrimal laser angioplasty combined with anti-metabolism drug treatment and lacrimal duct wash.Results Postoperative follow-up time was three months.77 was cured(81.1%),10 was improved(10.9%),8 was failed(8.4%).Conclusion Lacrimal laser angioplasty combined with anti-metabolism drug treatment is effective for the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction. |
