| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胃神经鞘瘤(GS)的CT表现特点,提高对该病的认识.方法:回顾性分析6例经手术病理证实的GS临床资料及术前CT表现,并与手术病理相对照.结果:6例GS中3例(3/6)发生在胃体小弯侧,2例(2/6)位于胃底,1例(1/6)位于胃窦部；肿瘤最大径2.0～7.8 cm不等,且一半的肿瘤＞5 cm;6例中有5例肿瘤...
