| 摘 要： | 复发性流产（RSA）的病因复杂,目前有近50%的复发性流产发病机制尚不明确。对免疫型复发性流产的研究是近年来自然流产研究的重点。免疫型复发性流产的发生与母体系统免疫和蜕膜局部微环境免疫异常有关,其中自身免疫型复发性流产主要与抗磷脂抗体（APLA）阳性有关,而同种免疫型复发性流产则与母胎界面多种免疫细胞或细胞因子比例失调有关。针对复发性流产有多种治疗方法,但治疗效果尚无定论。

| Abstract: | The pathogenesis of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)is complex,there are nearly 50% RSA for unexplained reasons. Recurrent spontaneous abortion with immune type is the focus of spontaneous abortion research in recent years. The abnormalities of maternal immune system and decidual microenvironment are correlated with RSA of immune type.
