| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨小剂量人绒毛膜促性腺激素（hCG）联合人绝经期促性腺激素（HMG）应用于低促性腺激素性腺功能减退症（HH）患者的卵巢刺激的可行性及其疗效。方法：对5例HH患者采用50IUhCG联合HMG进行卵巢刺激,应用阴道超声、测量血清性激素等方法监测卵泡生长发育。结果：4例患者进行了诱发排卵6个周期,平均排卵（2.6±1.5）个,诱发排卵成功率100%,累积妊娠率100%。无患者改行多余卵泡穿刺术或体外受精-胚胎移植术,未发生中、重度卵巢过度刺激综合征,未发生高序多胎妊娠;均分娩单胎健康婴儿。1例患者进行控制性超排卵1个周期,穿刺7个卵泡,获卵5个,受精3个,分裂形成2个优质胚胎,胚胎移植后妊娠,足月分娩1个健康新生儿。结论：小剂量hCG联合HMG能够安全、有效地应用于HH患者的卵巢刺激,改善卵巢刺激的结局。
