新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病脑干听觉诱发电位的变化

为探讨大脑听觉中枢和外周性传导在缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）损伤中的变化，将60例诊断为HIE患儿进行脑干听觉诱发电位（BAEP）测试。结果与潘映辐的测试数据对照。60例中BAEP检查异常38例，其中29例为周围性听路损害，8例V波缺失，1例单纯听阈增高，轻度HIE，BAEP无异常，40例中度HIE，28例BAEP异常且表现为周围性听路损害，10例重度HIE，BAEP均异常，其中8例表现为中枢性损害，经治疗3个月后随访，周围性BAEP复查均恢复正常，8例中枢性BAEP恢复较慢，说明HIE对外周听神经传导通路的损害是可逆的，因此，建议有条件的单位，对HIE儿应早期作BAEP测试，早期发现，早期干预。能避免影响婴幼儿的语言发育和智力发育，具有积极的意义。

The brainstem evoked potential's change of neontal HIE

In order to make a research on the cerebral auditory centre and the peripheral transmission's change of HIE,we test the BAEP(Brain stem auditory evoked potential)of 60 cases being diagnosed as neonatal HIE.The result compares to Jin YingFu's data.Of the 60 cases,38 cases' BAEP are abnormal,29 cases' are peripheral auditory damage 8 cases of V wave deletion and 1 case of simple auditory threshold rising the other.The BAEP of the mild HIE are normal.Of the 40medium HIE,28 cases' BAEP are abnormal and their clinic appearence are penpheral auditory damage.The BAEP of the 10serious HIE are abnormal,8 of them are central auditory damage.Having being treated,three months later,28 cases of the peripheral auditory damage infant's BAEP are restored normal.3 cases of the central damage infant's BAEP are restored normal,5 cases are more slowly.Thus reveals the peripheral auditory damage is reversible.So we suggest that it must test the BAEP of neonatal HIE early if possible.Early discovery,early treating is active to prevent affecting the development of the infant's language and mind.
