螺旋CT与常规CT在诊断恶性梗阻性黄疸中的对比分析

目的:比较螺旋CT与常规CT对恶性梗阻性黄疸的诊断敏感性,并选择最优化检查方法。材料与方法:143例恶性梗阻性黄疸患者(男性41例,女性52例,年龄为32～87岁,平均67岁),其中,61例用螺旋CT检查,82例用常规CT检查。结果:螺旋CT与常规CT对恶性梗阻性黄疸的定位诊断正确率分别为95.08％(58/61)和92.68％(76/82),P<0.05;定性诊断正确率分别为91.80％(56/61)和75.60％(62/82)。螺旋CT显示梗阻部位的正确率随扫描期的不同而异,平扫为62.30％,动脉期为63.33％,而静脉期则高达93.55％,P<0.05。结论:螺旋CT对恶性梗阻性黄疸的诊断敏感性显著高于常规CT。当使用螺旋CT检查该病时,选择静脉期5mm薄扫可获得最佳效果。

Comparison between Spiral CT and Conventional CT in the Diagnosis of Malignant ObstructiveJaundice

Purpose: To compare the (?) between Spiral GT and Conventional CT in the diagnosis of malignant obstructive jaundice and select the ptimal program of spiral CT scan. Materials and Methods: One hundred and fouty -three patients (91men, 52women; aged 32 - 87 years, mean age, 67 years) with malignani obstructive jaundice, of them, 61 patients underwent spiral CT scan and 82 patients underwent conventional CT scan. Conclusion; The sensitivity of spiral CT was significantly superior to conventional CT in the diagnosis of malignant obstructive jaundice. when spiral CT is used to diagnose this disease, selecting venous phase scan with 5mm thin slice can obtain very satisfactory efficacy.
