摘    要:目的探讨饮食和运动疗法对高甘油三酯血症(HTG)患者血脂及细胞黏附分子表达的影响。方法选择HTG患者54例,随机分为饮食、运动治疗组(实验组)和对照组,观察病人血脂及血浆可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)和可溶性血管细胞间黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)浓度的变化。结果观察12周后,与对照组相比,实验组TG、TC、LDL—C、sICAM-1和sVCAM-1明显低于对照组,HDL—C明显高于对照组,差异均有显著性(P〈0.05或0.01)。结论饮食和运动疗法有良好的调脂作用并可降低高甘油三酯血症患者细胞黏附分子水平。

Abstract:Objective] To investigate the effect of diet and exercise therapy on serum lipid and expression of cell adhesion molecules in patients with hypertriglyceridemia(HTG). Methods] A total of 54 subjects with HTG were devided into diet and exercise therapy group and control group, and the level changes of serum lipid, plasma soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1(sVCAM-1) were measured before and after 12 weeks observation. Results] The average levels of serum TG, TC, LDL-C, sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 were significantly lowered in diet and exercise therapy group than those of control group at the end point of the 12 weeks observation (P <0.05 or 0.01), and the level of serum HDL-C was significantly elevated in diet and exercise therapy group than those of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion] Diet and Exercise Therapy can modulate serum lipid and reduce cell adhesion molecule concentration effectively in patients with HTG.
