50Hz交变磁场对小鼠免疫功能影响的实验研究

摘    要:50Hz交变磁场(5mT和15mT)对小鼠连续整体照射10天后,检测腹腔内巨噬细胞的吞噬功能和T、B淋巴细胞功能。结果显示,50Hz交变磁场能够非常显著地提高巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数(P<0.01),增强T细胞的功能(P<0.05),对B细胞产生溶血素能力无影响。表明50Hz交变磁场能够增强机体的细胞免疫力。

Abstract:The functions of peritoneal macophages and lymphocytes in mice were detected after exposing the mice to 50Hz sinusoidal magnetic fields(5mT and 15mT),The results showed that the percentage and index of phagocytosis of macrophages were obvioudly increased(P<0.01 compared with the control).In addition,the effect of proliferation of T lymphocytes was enhanced,but the ability of secreting antibodies in B lymphocytes was not affected.It suggested that the cellular immunity could be promoted by 50Hz sinusolidal magnetic field.
