| 摘 要： | 目的:观察龟羚帕安丸对帕金森病的临床疗效。方法:60例帕金森病患者随机分为对照组、治疗组各30例,两组均服用美多芭片,治疗组在对照组基础上加服龟羚帕安丸,疗程均为3个月,两组治疗前后进行UPDRS评分,采用尼莫地平法进行疗效评定,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组明显进步7例,进步10例,稍有进步9例,无效4例,恶化0例,总有效率为86.66%;对照组明显进步3例,进步7例,稍有进步9例,无效10例,恶化1例,总有效率为63.33%。结论:龟羚帕安丸可明显改善帕金森病患者的症状,有明显提高西药疗效的作用,并可减少西药用量,减轻毒副作用,延缓病情发展。

| Abstract: | Objective: To research the clinical effect of Guilin Pa'an Pill treating Parkinson Disease.Method:60 patients of Parkinson disease were random divided into treament group and control group,both of which included 30 cases.Both groups took Madopa Tablets,and the treament group added Guiling Pa'an pills.After 12 weeks,research the grading of UPDRS,and compare the clinical effect of the two groups.Result:Among the treatment group:clearly better 7 cases,the better 10 cases,a little better 9 cases,no effect 4 cas... |
