阿奇霉素与匹多莫德联合治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效分析

目的分析阿奇霉素联合匹多莫德治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法 120例确诊的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例,均给予阿奇霉素序贯疗法等一般对症治疗,观察组在此基础上加用匹多莫德颗粒口服治疗,将两组患儿的临床疗效及复发率进行对比分析。结果观察组临床症状、体征持续时间及住院时间均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组总有效率96.7%显著高于对照组85.0%（P〈0.05）,随访2个月,观察组复发率3.3%明显低于对照组20.0%（P〈0.05）。结论阿奇霉素联合匹多莫德治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎疗效显著,并可降低复发率,值得临床推广。

Clinical effect analysis of azithromycin combined with pidotimod in treatment of pediatric mycoplasmal pneumoniaepneumonia

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with pidotimod in treatment of pediatric mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods A total of 120 children with diagnosed mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. Both groups received general symptomatic treatment by azithromycin sequential therapy, while the observation group received additional oral administration of pidotimod particle. Comparisons were made on clinical effects and recurrence rates between the two groups.Results The observation group had shorter lasting time of clinical symptoms, physical sign and hospital stays than the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 96.7% of the observation group, which was significantly higher than 85.0% of the control group （P〈0.05）. The 2-month follow-up showed that the recurrence rate was lower in the observation group as 3.3% than in the control group as 20.0% （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of azithromycin and pidotimod has significant curative effect in the treatment of pediatric mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia, and it can reduce the recurrence rate. This treatment is worth clinical promotion.
