清开灵注射液在小儿高热惊厥治疗中的应用效果研究

目的探讨清开灵注射液在小儿高热惊厥中的临床效果。方法 76例高热惊厥患儿,随机分成对照组（38例）和观察组（38例）。对照组给予常规急诊处理,观察组在此基础上加用清开灵注射液,观察比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率92.1%,对照组总有效率78.9%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在小儿高热惊厥的常规急诊治疗的基础上加用清开灵注射液,可以明显增强高热惊厥的临床治疗效果,值得临床推广使用。

Research of application effect of Qingkailing injection in the treatment of infantile febrile convulsion

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qingkailing injection in the treatment of infantile febrile convulsion.Methods A total of 76 children with febrile convulsion were randomly divided into control group （n=38） and observation group （n=38）. The control group received conventional emergency treatment, and the observation group received additional Qingkailing injection. The comparison was made between the clinical effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.1%, and that of the control group was 78.9%. The difference between the two groups had statistical significance （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion In addition to the conventional emergency treatment of infantile febrile convulsion, the application of Qingkailing injection can remarkably enhance the clinical effect, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
